Hello, since 1988 I have
called the South Carolina Lowcountry home.
My wife, Whitney and
I met here and were
married on Fripp Island in 1995.
We have made our home
among the live oaks, warm waters and people of the South Carolina
Lowcountry.
We have raised our
two
boys, Taylor and Hays, to appreciate all the beauty and
culture the Lowcountry has to offer.
We
love the Lowcountry. This is where our friends and family are.
I try to share my

Christian Sherbert is a lifelong resident of
Beaufort.
He enjoys living
in Spanish Point in the city of Beaufort with his wife Liz; his twins,
Carson and Liza Raye; and his Labs, Bailey and Libby.
Christian and his family are involved with as many
aspects of Beaufort life as time will allow, filling their days with
fishing, golfing, supporting charitable organizations and local
historical foundations.
Having grown up in the area, Christian is the best resource available

Christian played professional golf for 2 years on the mini-tour level in
the early 90’s and still participates on a limited basis in local and
regional amateurs events.
As an avid outdoorsman, Christian also serves on the local and state
boards for the Coastal Conservation of South Carolina, which is a
national organization dedicated to protecting and preserving fisheries
throughout the U.S. and South Carolina.
Since joining the real estate profession in 1999,
Christian has focused on neighborhood communities in the Beaufort area.
As a licensed Real Estate Salesman and Broker, Christian works
with both buyers and sellers.
He brings years of experience in helping buyers find their
perfect home and/or homesite in the community that best fits their

the Internet is very big part of my marketing effort. I have
committed a vast portion of my resources to placing my self
in front of as many buyers as I can. I use many internet and
SEO tools to accomplish this. Another great resource that I
use is my large and detailed contact list. I have spent years
building and refining this list of folks who have an interest in the
Sea Island of the Lowcountry. I apply this list and use it
with a third party mass e-mail software and services to establish
and insure that I am on every buyers white list and will not be
block or considered SAPM when I e-mail out information.

price in our market is over four times the average sale price in the
